Maintenance Supervisor - Compensation: $12-$14/Hr in Ogunquit, Maine

Southern Maine Seacoast Resort Hotel is interviewing for an experienced Maintenance person. The ideal candidate should have previous hotel/motel experience with references. Yours skills should include several of the following: plumbing, minor electrical, painting, carpentry, grounds keeping, swimming pool maintenance. HVAC experience is a big plus.  Our guests are very important to us, and we expect our Maintenance Supervisor to be able to interact with our guests in a cheerful manner. This position may require lifting up to 50lbs, and having a high level of energy, as your days will be very fast paced and hectic at times. Applicant must be available to work a 40 hour schedule, including nights and weekends. Position starts on or about March 15th, and will be full time through at least Labor Day, and could extend part time until early November. Please respond by email with a letter and/or resume.
